Use of the website
This website exists to put people in the Jacksonville area in touch with independent third-party contractors who carry out rodent trapping, sealing, attic cleanup and the work around it. Use it lawfully, and only if you are 18 or over. Interfering with the site, uploading malicious code, scraping it or using it to harass anybody are all outside what is permitted.
What we do and do not do
Rodent Removal Jacksonville is a referral service. We do not perform the trapping, sealing, cleanup or any other work; we pass your request to an independent contractor, who may pay us a referral fee for it. Any contract for the work is between you and that contractor. No guarantee is given here about whether a contractor is available, how good the work is, when it happens or what it achieves. The cost bands and timelines published across these pages are general guidance and form no part of anybody's quote.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate contact details and an honest description of the problem, to verify the license and insurance of any contractor before work begins, and to take up any dispute about the work directly with the contractor who performed it.
Intellectual property
Copyright in the text, the images and the design of this site sits with Rodent Removal Jacksonville or with the people who licensed them to us. Written permission is needed before any of it is copied, republished or passed on, and the contact form is where to ask for it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rodent Removal Jacksonville is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or from work performed by any contractor referred through it, including lost profit, lost data, property damage or consequential loss, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnification
